slowly slowly slowly!!! but am happy its not a gain! ate out twice last weekend, and shared a dessert platter with a couple of girlfriends, so have been exta careful with choices all week and must have counteracted my choices! yay! have two meals out booked again for this weekend, as its my birthday on sat, and then mothers day on sun...so will try and be strongwilled and at least forgo dessert!!! have also been on treadmill every morn, and doing situp,pushup routine every 2nd day...i hope to be firm? and buff? one day!!!!
