Well, I'm back from TN. Let me tell you, the only thing they have to eat in TN is homecooking and bar-B-Q! It was crazy hard for the first few days, but I stayed with it. I didn't go over on my carbs at all! But, toward the end, it was getting to be a bother (or so I felt) whenever we were out somewhere and we had to go to a sit-down restaurant so I could get something low-carb. So...the last 2 days of my vaca, I decided to live it up and take a vaca from low-carb. It's just a bummer to be so close to my starting weight again. Oh well, at least it was for a good cause! :)
