No time to mess around this morning. Ate light last night to offset the beer calories. Going to have a waffle breakfast because I probably won't stop moving until tonight, so need it to carry me through. Made sure to log the weight this morning, have a ton to do.
In wonderful news, my lilac Siamese got out last night and was gone for about four hours. Came back around 10 after watching me walk and crawl around the yard and neighborhood in the dark with a huge flashlight for hours. I am thankful. He's a good little guy and it stresses his brother out when they're separated. all the fireworks are what did it, I'm sure. My house is in a place where we get the sounds from miles around and it can be rough on the pets.

No, the kitty in the pic is a neighborhood feline. My two are indoors only. Lilac Siamese are a light grey and the one in the pic is seal point Siamese. His brother is a snowshoe, which means he has a bit of a raccoon face. And rescues, of course.

I think that is one of the barn cats, a Lilac Siamese. Being a barn cat might just be just a mix, but for sure it has Siamese, would call it Lilac, but boy is it a boy! Not for long though!😁 All cats were missing yesterday = fireworks. 💥
I agree you fail as a cat photographer of your own cats.
Do the cats and dogs get along?

I’m fairly sure I’ve posted one or two pics before. I walk with the dogs and they are part of my fitness thing, the cats just judge me and tell me when they are displeased with my service. 😉 the white one is a real lover, but he’s also an acrobat, which causes the big shepherd to want to herd him so i mostly keep them separated with a baby gate. Cats get the run off the house at night, dogs during the day. All interactions supervised. Just the way it has to be.
