Feeling down......
155.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1685 kcal Fat: 74.94g | Prot: 57.63g | Carb: 208.04g.   Breakfast: Navels Oranges, Tea (Brewed), Kroger 100% Whole Grain Oats. Lunch: Kellogg's Special K Cracker Chips - Cheddar, Kroger Mozzarella String Cheese, Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Red Delicious Apples, maple grove raspberry vinaigrette sugar free, Spinach, Bananas, Lettuce. Dinner: Girl Scout Cookies Tagalongs. more...

What?!? You cant be feeling BLUE... You are a PINK rose ;) (((((SMILE!!!!!)))))). Seriously... If you are feeling down over the 2lbs... Just remember today is a new day to start fresh! Sometimes I think we need the disappointing weigh ins to give us a little extra motivation to step up our game. (At least this is true for me) I was doing great week 1 & 2 losing 5lbs each week just by changing how I eat and no exercise. Then week 3 I got pretty sloppy with my eating....and gained 4 lbs!!!! Talk about a kick in my butt and huge setback!!! I honestly think I needed that though.... To put more effort into my weight loss plan because Week 4 was my best week so far. I ate right and added in exercise and lost 6.2lbs!!! And now I am on day 2 of week 5 and I am keeping up with my diet. I would reflect on why your weight went up, adjust your plan as needed and take it one day at a time! I KNOW you can do this! I cant wait to see your next weigh in girl!!!

Thank you FS buddies. Tomorrow I will start fresh. Fell into a box of Girl Scout cookies.....:/ Yip.....done for today!! Time to hit the ole' stationary bike.....I see a double session in my future this evening.

Yep tomorrow is a brand new day and you can make it the best day. I have a friend that I've known for years and I used to be so disappointed that I was having a hard time finding a job. She told me " you got the rest of your life to work". I will extend that to dieting. It is a lifestyle change and it is a forever deal so just do the best you can everyday. Have a wonderful evening.
