Not sure how accurate this is. Long road trip this week, so no weighing for four days. Since I use a 7-day average, that affects things. No tracking either on the road, but I tried to moderate and make healthier choices where available
152.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
