I may have gone down a little bit, but I’m not gonna weigh in tomorrow. There’s a family birthday and I think it will be a hard day not take on a lot of calories. Then the 4th approaches. 🙃On special occasions I may go over my calorie count as life is short and I plan to enjoy and then get back on track. Thank goodness for FS for it will not let me go far off track. 👍

Good plan, lady! ❤️ Living life! Enjoy! I have weigh in skip days too. I figure I know what's going on without making myself grouchy seeing the numbers. Allowing couple days to reset and get the temporary water and food weight down helps me mentally. Have a good 4th!❤️
