Same ol same ol. I can't break down to 170 again for some reason. Gosh...at this rate, I think I'll throw a party when I get to 168...I figured that was where I would get stuck because it's a weight I was at for so many years (before my body just decided it wanted to be 174 all of a sudden). Now I can't break that 170 mark.
Why is it so easy to put it on and yet so hard to take it off?
You know, the only time in my life that I was thin (besides 4th grade) was when I ate junk food all day every day, took naps all the time, and drank to excess. Yep, the college years.
In more recent history, I have had unexplained losses of up to 20 pounds with me doing absolutely nothing different than what I had been doing. Of course, I would stay bottomed out for a few months and hang out about 150 lbs and then unexpectedly and suddenly gain it all back over the course of a couple weeks. It seems impossible, I know, but that's how it happens for me.
I am coming to the conclusion that my body doesn't work right. Sometimes I have a metabolism, sometimes I really don't. I can even eat nothing and gain weight and by nothing, mean nothing but water for a straight week can make me pack on pounds. That should be impossible too.
What kind of mutant am I?
