Day 4 with the BMF - yesterday's readings were the highest yet, 4000 calories burned. I can almost believe it, too....it was a busy, active day, with exercise.
Ate even more, up to about 2300, and the weight is still holding steady. So far.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
