made homemade tomato soup this morn with about 8 garden toms 4 cloves garlic n 1 small onion ...any idea on how to add my caloric intake on that,?
198.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
