Day 56. Yes, still fasting until my results are verified by HealthyWage. Weight up a pound this morning - probably because of only getting in 6 cups of water yesterday instead of my usual 10-12. I'll be extra careful today, just in case there's anything wrong with my video weigh-out submission, so that if I have to make another video, I will still be at or under 199.
I'm touched by the overwhelming show of support and congratulations from everyone here on FS. Y'all have been so kind and encouraging!
Now, the REAL work begins! Fasting was easy (because the Lord intervened) - much easier than making right choices for every meal and not overindulging! It will be discouraging to see the scale go up 5-10 pounds as soon as I start reintroducing food to my system, even though I know it is what is "supposed" to happen. In the past, I have said, "If I'm going to gain even when I'm eating RIGHT, I might as well just eat whatever I want!" (I can be very rebellious at times!)
For those who have been praying for me, one more prayer request please: that the video submission would be accepted without any problem. One of the people I referred has already had hers approved, and I pray mine would go as smoothly and quickly. I only submitted it 24 hours ago, but I'm getting antsy already!
