Woke up at 1AM, starving. Drank some water and promised myself some more food today. Saturday is usually a decent (not cheating, but substantial) food day for me.

Need to do a big grocery shopping, so that will give me a decent walking working and heavy lifting with grocery bags!

235.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I was hungry early this morning, too! I think it's the first for me since I started this Atkins/induction phase. Hope your day is a good one. Don't fill those bags TOOOO heavy. :)

I had friend who had lost a substantial amount of weight. She always said she was happy when she felt hungry at night because that meant she was losing weight. I always try to remember that whenever I feel hungry in the evening.

Grocery shopping went great. Got lots of walking in with the support of the shopping cart, which always helps. Then I overdid it walking later today. I walked twice my normal amount in an effort to build my endurance and I managed to aggravate my already lousy right ankle. Stinks. Now I'm limping. Need to ice it and elevate it. It will be better by tomorrow. I only pushed it by an extra 15 minutes, but now I guess I know my limit. Darn it.
