Yeah... so that is what my scale told me this morning... UGH. I have been pretty good the last few days trying to cut out the carbs... I probably could have made better dinner choices last night but DAMN I wanted melting albacore soooo bad. Hubbs had Mongolian BBQ so at least I did better than that. Planning to hit the gym tonight and just need to stay on track from now on. It's going to be a busy weekend preparing for my business trip next week. Hoping for at least a little drop by the time I leave Tuesday morning.
181.1 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's all a math game. Just equal out the bad choices with healthy ones and don't stress about it because that makes it harder when you dwell on it all day.

Some of that is probably water weight from the sodium. Restaurant food is notorious for sodium. Drink plenty of water and stay on track.

Just keep at it, you'll lose that little bit soon enough. I hope you have time to have a little bit of fun during your trip. :)
