Almost lost the Sub Par Bowl gain, should be in the below my recent low tomorrow. Today is my resistance training day along with my 3.4 mile bike ride on the boardwalk. If anyone reads this, what time of day do you work out?
256.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 91.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
