Been a very busy week...no change on the weighing in front which is good, but would have liked to see a loss. Made it to the gym 2x's this week, plus played softball 2x's and volleyball 2x's so it has been crazy! Eating is going as good as it can..it is hard when you are not home at night to cook dinner, but I am trying to just eat small portions...I know I said last week that this was it, but I failed on that front. I am still feeling pretty good, but I know I need to get it done and stop talking about it! No big plans for the weekend except catching up on some zzzzzzz's! Other then that nothing new and exciting to report! Hope all is well with everyone, have a fantastic weekend!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Even though you only went to the gym twice, you still got a lot of exercise with playing volleyball and softball. Don't ever discount that exercise. You don't have to be at the gym for it to count. Great job on not gaining. You'll get back to it once everything calms down!!
