today, starting phase 2
breakfast oatmeal
snack yogurt
lunch chicken and steamed veggies
snack strawberries and blueberries with yogurt
dinner protien shake
walking 60 mins this evening
235.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 60.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
steady weight
