As I suspected and actually planned for, the Sub Par Bowl and it's treats and more wine than I've had lately gave me a minor setback. But it's just minor because this is going to be a kick ass week!!!

I plan on being 252.6 by next Monday and in the 240's the following week! I plan on being 210 by my birthday in June!!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
