I’m weird right now with weights, my OMAD has been late at night so I’m going to weigh what is “in the tube.”Either way it’s a consistent one. #anothernumbersameplateau
213.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL, I call that my PPW. Pre-poop weight. I don't usually say that here, but why I don't worry about big upticks in the early morning hours.
