Acceptable Fat Mass: < 38 lbs.
Acceptable BMI: < 24.5%
Acceptable Waist to Height Ratio: <0.50.
Acceptable Waist to Hip Ratio: <1.00.

Gained a little muscle on my arms and legs. Belly Fat is stubborn, which is obviously Visceral Body fat, but I'm losing more Fat on my Chest and Thighs. 🤔
166.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
