I have stuck to this diet perfectly all week and so far it has paid off. I even went to a baby shower with tons of good food, chocolate covered strawberries(my fave) and cake, they even had a Chick-fil-a nugget tray and I didn't cheat. I had a spoonful of nuts and cauliflower with ranch. That is all I could have. But I am glad I stuck to it. 10 more weeks until vacation!!
