I just don't get it!!! Very frustrated! Isn't it all about calories, less in more out?? why is this not working? UUGGG!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

:( I can understand your frustration. Just stick with it! You'll meet your goals. Lots of things can account for slight increases but often they are temporary.
