Weighted myself this morning and was the same as the last 3 days so decided to move my balance and then my weight was up!!! :( I think it is the right weight now :( Think something is wrong with it.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
