675 kcal Fat: 5.44g | Prot: 37.35g | Carb: 53.75g.   Breakfast: Blueberries, Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), grape nuts 2 tbsp (for yogurt), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Krinos Kalamata Olives, Kirkland Signature Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Great Value Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Carrots, Great Value Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: Trader Joe's English Cucumber, Shrimp Cocktail (Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce). Snacks/Other: Sutter Home Chardonnay. more...
