I have - again - reached a new low! I am now down to 122.7 kgs, having lost 32.3 kgs (more than 70 lbs). I am impressed.

I hope my losing streak will last some days before the next gain. :)

Life is good.
270.5 lb Lost so far: 71.2 lb.    Still to go: 83.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
