Walked last night, ended up working later than expected. Slept in an hour this morning, which was wonderful. I don't understand why it's such a big difference for my body, but it is. I'm still being stupid about starting early and still working to the same time, but there's so much going on.

I think I need to start scheduling the different activities I want to do on various days as more "outside" activities become available here. Tuesdays will be a treadmill or swim before class, Mondays are pretty much always going to be a walk because it's all I can fit in there and Mondays are always insane.

Numbers normalizing, I knew yesterday was high due to the time of day and a weigh now or forget it timeframe. All good. Busy, no pics. Enjoy the day. Press on, press on.

Scheduling does help keep your days organized and feels like you're more in control. Well, maybe control isn't the correct word, but I know it does help me feel like I'm accomplishing something as I check off the boxes. Hope you have a wonderful day. 👍❤✔
