If you don't understand the natural day to day fluctuations while losing weight you should stop weighing yourself daily. Go to once a week or twice a week. It is things like this that will easily derail people out of frustration. Good Luck !

Weight usually fluctuates from 1 kg to 3 kg per day. The lightest weight is in the morning, and the heaviest time is before going to bed. Up to BMI23, you can lose weight in a healthy way just by paying attention to the content and amount of food. If you want to have a BMI of 22 or less, you will definitely need that plus exercise. Just as tomorrow you won't gain 10kg of body fat, you won't suddenly lose 10kg of body fat. Weight gain of hundreds of grams is due to the temporary presence of water and food in the body. Anyone can lose weight if they continue to eat and exercise properly. Let's go slowly✨ ▽<|b✨

But Penny, when I eat only 800-900 cal a day on the top of staying active, even a small gain could be discouraging. It’s okay though, frustration is a part of this journey and life is beautiful 💐

ヤママユガさん: “1-3kg fluctuation” 👈🏼 私そんなの嫌です😭😭 お米も辞めたのに🌾😢 While I am not an exercise fanatic, I am not sedentary at all. My BMI goal is 19 and I need to achieve that by August or September. HELP ME. My BMI is 22 or so right now.

You’re eating 800-900 calories? I’m no pro, by any means, but when I was doing that, I stayed the same weight for a month. My weight fluctuated in ounces, but the scale wouldn’t move. I finally started eating around 1200 calories and I’ve been dropping weight again. You may not be eating enough. I know it sounds weird, but I’m sure someone can explain it.

CandK: REALLY?? I should try 1,200 cal then. But I’m not hungry, food is not very interesting to me right now... I was only able to eat 300 cal today. It is difficult to find protein that is appetizing. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!!
