Ready to get back on track!!!
took one too many cheat meals :( and drank a little too many calories fri and sat.

on a lighter note, I am feeling good, and my clothes are feeling much better this morning
159.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
