Well, this morning I weighed in and it was 173 and I thought WTF? What am I doing this for? All the journaling and making sure I eat and I lost 1 lousy pound? I'm destined to be fat forever. Then about a half an hour later, I weighed again (I'm a gluten for punishment) and it was down to 170. Not sure what I did in that half hour except put some clothes ON.
I didn't do too well yesterday. I only ate twice and when I did, I just had to find something to eat to get some calories in. Not how I'm supposed to be doing it.
Downhill skiing today with my daughter and then a big dinner of shrimp scampi over pasta. I'm not even sure how to figure out the calories in that.
