Hooray! I finally made it below 160! Whew! That 10 lb. mark gets me every time and it seems to take forever to get below it. Now it's downward again - this is getting fun and the jean I couldn't wear last week fit! What a great Sunday!
159.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
