With stress related to my Mom's death and funeral, no energy, so much to do, family coming, and all of the wonderful food broughtin, I gained even though I was halfway careful. Today I am so excited to have my weight .5 pound below its last decent loss.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well done for not letting it all get out of hand. Hope everything has settled down now and that stress is in the past. I know it takes quite a while to get back to 'normal'. Keep up the good work.

Thanks flaxseed! As life goes things just keep happening. I haven't lost a thing for the last few weeks but am continuing to work on it. How is everything going with preparing for your daughter's wedding? Are you getting excited? Carol
