Onward toward better health. down by 6 oz today. I had been drinking adequate water by adding lemon but now am bored by it. I will need to explore more low cal water flavorings. sometimes a sweet and spicy tea will keep me interested in water. Isn't it funny how an arbitrary mark such as the 5 and 10 pound losses feel like making it over a hurdle. I guess that is why setting small achievable goals are so important. I am so close. Looking for my 1st 10 lb. loss or unit of health gained. J
195.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
