Big playoff game tonight the Bronco's and the Patriots. A great time to have a hamburger on a low carb pita with pickle, onion, mustard, and Walden Farms low carb ketchup. I love the Joseph's flax, oat bran, and whole wheat pitas. They are bun size and give you a sandwich without all the guilt. That plus a few pork skins and some sugar free jello and I am all set for the game.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

GM diehart3 it is always good to hear from you. You really inspire me to not give up. I gained over the last month. I will not blame any one but myself. I had to start on prednisone because of breathing problems.It seems that i have lost control of my eating. I cant seem to get back on track. It does help to see your food log. It shows me that i have more choices to eat. And stay on track. I watched both games yesterday. I am sports person Denver is my team. I have family in Seattle so i guess i am split. Have good week!!!!! Stay Diehard lol.
