OK, so apparently my choice of exercise isn’t working, for diets are no good without exercise so...

Shrew 😊 we’re on the same holding pattern. PS I don’t do any exercise either. Once in a while I get somewhere between .5 and may be a mile walk with our Little bear. I was pretty proud of myself two weeks ago me and my wife walked into town and it’s a mile there in a mile back and we did it in an hour. That’s the most I’ve walked since 2016. And with a cane no less.😀

Shrewdness you’re doing just fine. In my opinion I think the body likes to rest in one spot awhile before it moves to the next losing streak! All the best!🌸

Oh Damablack, it is hard enough to walk, but with a cane must be painful at times, sorry. I am glad you did though for it is so healthy. Sorry you’re at the same holding pattern.😊
