Well, I gained my 2lbs back from last week's loss. I shouldn't be surprised. Although I haven't failed at my diet plan, I certainlly haven't been strict enough with it either. This week I'm back to less than 30g of carbs per day. NO EXCEPTIONS!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
