SO aggravating... ate well, went to the gym twice. I think Sodium's the culprit again. Or it could just be my body adjusting (it HAS lost a lot of weight over the past couple of months... surely they need a break sometimes...) Will try to kick it into high gear this week!

Could be a combination of sodium and your body readjusting, give it a couple weeks and see what happens.
