Too much food intake over several weeks. I decided to record and hold myself accountable.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 83.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

You've been through a lot. You are still healing from your surgery. That's a biggy. But you've lost a lot and are to be commended for that. You've proven to yourself you can do it. It's wonderful that you are doing IF and I totally agree with your 1500 calories a day. Later, much later you may want to go to 1200 plus whatever you exercise for. That was my maintenance for years. It's hard for you with your Mom. I'm sorry you get depressed. With her sick, your job, your surgery, you are dealing with so much. I saw your pictures, and boy you look like a different person. When I lose several or a couple sizes I run the sides of my clothes up on the sewing machine. I realize it may look impossible with your dresses. I have taken size 12 pants and the upper part of dresses down to a 6. Oh yes, tops too. I will pray for you. Please reach out to the Lord, He loves you so much!
