Ok this is really bad, I gained so much... the good news is that I joined a challenge at my local YMCA that's called the Big Loser and its going to motivate me to lose. So I'm EXCITED!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
