Well, I was kind of a lazy bum last night AND I went over on daily calories. Oh well. I was short on calories the last couple of days. I'll hit it better today.

I packed food for the day totaling 700 calories, and I have a rootbeer here which is NOT diet so that adds another 160. I will be sitting at over half of my daily calories when I leave work which means I have to try to fit in 2 more meals tonight to get the other half in.

I swear this is the only diet I've been on where I'm sick of eating. But it appears to be working so I'm going to stick with it.

I'm afraid of what will happen when I get to 168. The scale seems to like to stick there. Of course, tomorrow's weigh in will be heavier from the salty popcorn I ate last night. I should know better than to let that bother me, but it's still discouraging to go the wrong way.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
