Chuffed with my progress! Having really healthy lunches this week so far and not going out for coffee helps. I've also started having a blend of green tea and rooibos as iced tea - 2 litres throughout the day. Wonder if that is helping? Keeping up my exercise too. 3 hours so far this week.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
