So this is what I expected yesterday. Guessing it's either the PT exercises I tried doing, that kept me up most of the night in pain, or sodium from the Pei Wei dishes I had for dinner.usc

Tomorrow will tell the tale. New Pain Dr's PA appointment this morning was a real cluster, but we'll see how it goes moving forward. Seems nice enough, but I had to keep cutting him off since our appointment started 20 minutes late.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you on pain meds? That could very easily explain your bowel issues. Sorry if I’m being nosey and certainly no need to respond. Something to ask your Pain doc about as there are products to help with this.
