Weight is up. Probably due to how bad I was during the Easter weekend and a BBQ yesterday. At these events where there is a yummy spread of lots of favorites I need to work at limiting my intake i.e. smaller portions, not seconds, etc, etc...
147.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
