No change this morning. And I'm revising my current plan of action. I'm going to pull out of one of my challenges, simply because I do better keeping track of my calories. The results show. And I really need to start keeping track again. And challenge myself with cooking the recipes out of my new BL cookbook and the other cookbooks I have. I think I'll try to do 1-3 new recipes a week. Next week looks to be a good week to be outside and walking. I'm going to try, but I've been having foot issues again. Aching to the point where I just want to sit and put a hot pack over left foot. :( I have to call and scheule a doctor's appointment today about it. After taking stock of what's been going on exercise the past 2 months, I know that the weather and foot problems have played a good part in not getting enough exercise in. And that I love my hubby, and he loves me just the way I am. And I will always look great and beautiful to him. It's not a big motivator to keep me on track and losing, so I'll have to rely on myself for motivation. Chris will celebrate every goal achieved with me, but he'll never admit that I've fallen off the wagon and need to get back on it. :) Doesn't make me feel bad, just loved and makes me smile. ^.^ But I still feel dissappointed with myself for getting so sidetracked with everything that has been going on.

It's rained most of the past week, but next week looks to be beautiful here. :) And I will be spending as much of it at the park as my foot will allow. If it's too cool for Jules to go with me, I'll leave her home with hubby. He might grumble about it, but I have complete faith that he can take care of her. ^.^ I know he will want to go with me, so we can spend time together...but I don't push myself when we all go together. I love Chris, but I need/want to lose the weight I've been carrying for years. I want to be healthy. And if I do the best I can everyday, then I'll be one day closer to a healthier me. ^.^
270.5 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
