Had a good weekend as far as not overindulging goes. I'm allowing myself the one cheat of Spur breakfast on a Sunday morning, but yesterday I also had a soft serve ice-cream with a flake of all things - naughty!!! But, since I only wanted to get back to 70 kilos by the 2nd of Feb I'm really chuffed that I'm already very close to that. Did my first metabolic workout for the year this morning and will try to do an hour a day this week - resting on Saturday and Sunday. We also walked the dogs around the block yesterday evening, but it felt like it was so short I could have gone further. Also noticed I didn't need to unbutton my jeans yesterday to pull them down - really happy!!!
156.1 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
