I'm grateful for any weight loss, but seriously! I'm fasting 18hours a day for Ramadan. Had hoped for a bit more off. I feel slimmer, so I'll take that instead 😊
132.9 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kate, been keeping a closer eye on macros, but my body always takes ages to lose weight...slow and steady hopefully 🤞

I'm also fasting and I'm finding it hard to stay within 1400 calorie limit 😭 any tips? Most days eating around 1600-1800 calories but I've still lost some weight? Assuming that's water weight...
