Ok people I need help im stuck in a rut and i cant get out I still weigh the same and I am not losing
I cant afford the takeoff juce so does anyone have or know of a plan that works just like it for la weight loss
they said i could use one cantalope in stead but that is one over two days with very min amout of food I could see myself failing that and that would only bring me down more help help help
214.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What are you eating? Is it the same thing over and over again? If it is change up your foods. The body gets bored processing the same day in day out. Are you using frozen meals/Carb cravers everyday for lunch? Limit those if you are. Do you feel that you are retaining water? Use hot lemon water, 1/4 lemon to 1 cup hot water. I know others have used 2 grapefruits per day or 4 oranges per day for Take Off, plus the two Lite bars a day. I hope this helps.

I too, have hit a standstill. I am also very bored with the foods I'm eating. Do you use any creative cooking ideas?

the only thing that I do love is too cut one apple 15 grapes green or red 1 stalk celery with a small amount of ff vanilla yogurt sooo good also good for a sweet tooth problem
