Feeling good in the new year, there are a lot of things to look forward to which makes me happy!:-) I do have a cold and all clogged up BUT I chose to workout to get my fitness on track and getting towards my goals. Things have changed in my life that made me see the good in myself and all the things I look forward to do and accomplish within this year ahead. I am keeping more positive and leaving the negative behind!
243.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
