Not a normal weigh-in day, but thought I would mark the end of level 4 lockdown and the pools/gym re-opening to see how I get on.
137.1 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is it done Nikina. It was great! It was hard! I have a lot of work to do! But, I have never been frightened of hard work.

Sounds great, Anne! I imagine it's heated so it must be so lovely and such a great form of exercise. We have seen the results of your hard work so I have no doubt! Happy for you! 💪🙌
