I was going to start on Phase II this week, but nothing has changed again....I am so frustrated! I don't know if I should stop things for awhile or if I should just stick to Phase I for the next 9 days again....I am ready to give up, but I know that isn't the answer! I did not follow Phase I 100%, but I did really great for the most part...the days that I didn't follow 100% I did more exercise....I just don't get it. The one thing I am very happy about is that I am not gaining out of control, a few pounds here and there but I seem to be able to take them right back off with out a problem, so why can't I get past this hump in my chart???? I do need to start drinking a lot more water, I drink about 64 oz a day, maybe that just isn't enough. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know....I am so ready to throw in the towel!!! Hope everyone else is doing good and seeing the results still!

don't give up. remember your not gaining weight and that is a good thing. I'm at a plataue (however) myself. I'm going to keep at it. I've been telling myself I will follow the phase one to a tee. Something always comes up and I don't. So It really is my fault I haven't reached my goal as of yet. I do know that I do lose when I am following the diet and exercising. So I'm not going to stop. Stick with Phase 1. Let's see if we both can do it 100% this week. Deal?

Don't throw in the towel!! Just dust yourself off, take a deep breath and start again. Try to stick as closely as possible to Phase I and get all of your water in. Make sure you set up an eating schedule and stick to it. I start eating at 7am at 3 hour intervals and end at 7pm. I found that having an eating schedule makes it easier for the other Phases. I am on my way to Phase III but my hubby and I decided to do Detox again for the next 9 days then we will move on to a modified version of Phase III. You can do it Hedder 52!!!!! You can Smash the Fat!!!

I am in the same boat as well, but I know I am getting on vacation mode where I know I will be blowing the diet, but I am working out like a fiend and trying to follow the plan. My suggestions, for you as well as myself, is up the water intake and up the cardio. Those are two things that will help flush out the fat. Don't give up, you can do it!

You have been a big help to me, so DO NOT give up!! Change some things you are doing. Go back in your journal and see if you have changed something that you used to do. You have been such a help, so I need you to hang in there!!

I believe sometimes we do need a small break and it DOES help. You'll feel refreshed and ready to begin again. It doesn't mean you've given up, when you're serious about self improvement that is not even an option.

Go to Phase II. Sometimes a little more food actually helps. Your body might think you are starving.
