Well, I'm REALLY mad at myself! AFTER an hour and 40 minute on the treadmill, I decided to take my son on a walk after school today. I hadn't had lunch, but I wasn't feeling bad, just a little shaky. But I was way too ambitious, taking him up and down the hilly sidewalks of our neighborhood. And then BOOM I fell down flat on my knees, elbows, and hands, and skinned them. And now my knee is swollen. Ugh!!!

Great eating day!! Happy face!!!
160.5 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ouch! Did you faint, or was it just low blood sugar from not eating? Hope you got something to eat!

I tripped on the sidewalk. I think my footing was not perfect, and the sidewalk is uneven. So kerplunk! I'm better now, though. But I'm gonna take it easy.
