HApPY and proud to report that I'm still here. I lost another half pound this week. Not only does that tidbit of information affirm that I'm on the right track, but it motivates me to continue. The weather was ok some mornings, when I have the most energy to get out there and move, and iffy on others. Now that I'm back in the habit of morning walks, the iffy days didn't deter me. My morning walks (and gentle upper body weight training) set the tone for the day, the tone being "I'm an active person with healthy eating habits."
131.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
