not sure how reliable the scale in the hotel gym is, but this is what it said, so this is what I track.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It’s not the same one you normally use... maybe you’ll be pleasantly surprised with an ‘extra’ loss next weigh in :)
